SHIPPING
Shipping times depend on the geographical place of destination of the goods. In general, all shipments to Italy arrive within 48/72 hours from the day the shipment was made (excluding holidays).
The shipment takes place by express courier at a cost of 10 € for the Italian territory.
For shipments to foreign countries, please contact us by email at info@fara-design.it for timing and price of the shipment.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 7 days of receipt of the goods, excluding personalized items for which the return will be accepted only in the presence of manufacturing defects or discrepancies from the order.
In order to request a refund, it is important to remember that the recipient must sign with reserve in the event of damaged packages.
It is first necessary to send an email to the email address info@fara-design.it communicating your name and the number of the order made.
A form will be sent to the customer via email to be filled in for the return of the goods.
Once the purchased goods have been returned, with shipping costs charged to the customer, the amount paid, not including shipping costs, will be credited to the customer’s account by bank transfer.
The goods must be made perfectly intact.
